Our entire team including those that work in the office, the snack bar, the caretakers, and the guides have a few key character traits in common: love for animals, nature, and mankind.

 

Our outlook is of respect for all beings and training and enrichment of the animals is done using positive reinforcement.

With the help of training with positive reinforcements, we build relationships with our animals in the forest that are based on communication and trust.

 

Positive training teaches animals what * yes * to do and reinforces desirable behaviors, which creates charming motivation and cooperation that is an integral part of our day-to-day conduct and also helps us perform more complex medical procedures.
